Orders are processed within 7 days of purchase and shipped via DHL from Spain. Please note that we can only ship to Spain at the moment due to EU packaging regulations. You will receive a tracking number and email notifications with the details of your order and delivery updates. Our goal is to ensure a smooth delivery experience. If you notice any errors in your shipping details or if any information is missing, please contact us as soon as possible. You can also come collect your order in our physical workshop prior preregistration.

REFUNDS

We do not accept returns for one-of-a-kind wooden pieces if they arrive safely.

Refunds will only be issued if an item is damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece, please retain the original packaging and take photographs of both the packaging and the item.

We take great care in securely packing all products to minimize the risk of damage during shipping.
